Intermittent Fasting (say every Monday & Thursday) works GREEAAAAATT !!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't take my word for it on fasting. TRY it yourself...Not only Fasting is good for you- It brings 'intrinsic/ empathy' realization how starving people around the world thrive !!
