Holding fast...but I need to buy more weights. The squats and lunges I'm doing are too easy. It is still hard for me to lift 35 lbs over my head 20 times!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
