Today is 2 weeks on a Keto diet. Started out at 208lbs and had a few initial problems with fatsecret and recording my initial weight, had to start over.

Today the scale dipped below 200lbs for the first time in a while. 199.8lbs. Still have 15 lbs to go to get to 185, then it's maintain and bulk up (leangains?) a bit.

199.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
