UGGG
I got caught in a two day binge, but I am back on track today, and I am excited to see the scale go down again!!
234.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 15.4 lb a week

Great! Two days is fantastic. It takes a lot to stop. I usually go for months. Thanks for welcoming me. I need buddies - it's so hard to do alone.

You've taken the first step in realizing that you need to get back on track so good luck girl! The hardest part is stopping a binge so you have made it through so far ... the first couple of days will be tougher but once you get your system used to the diet again, things will ease off and your stomach will stop growling at you, lol

Thanks Ladies AJ3- I tend to be over ambititious, if you aim for the moon, you can land among the stars!!! Anne! You are right, it is SUPER tough to do alone! You can do it though!!! And we will be here to help!! Lorik! Thanks!! I can't wait for the grumbling to stop. :) I am doing good so far, had my shake, and a snack and now waiting for lunch...lol.

I'm sure the fact that you've written it down has helped break the binge - keep visualising how great you'll feel when you reach your goals, and I'm sure that will help keep you on track! Good luck!!

Yeah, and a binge is probably a bit of an exaggeration. You probably just ate the normal way you ate before you started your program. So in a way it is good to go through that becuase you realize that you've changed your whole way of thinking and awareness about what you're eating. Good job taking control!
