Well not quite a whole pound it was actually 115.4 but it was still exciting to see it go down in one day. I hope it sticks.
Yesterday was a little challenging especially when the food commercials came on. By the end of the day I was dying for something sweet so I ate a very small bowl of cereal and measured the cereal and milk. I ate it very slowly and it got me through.
I definitely think my stomach shrank because today when I ate the smallest portions for lunch and I was completely stuffed.
