I have been trying, but with it being spring break for the kids there are lots of temptations attacking! I am trying to stay positive but will be happier when routine is back!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.5 lb a week

Routine is good, I do much better with it...but enjoy the kids today :)
