new scale today so able to get more accurate with weighing...
my initial was a guess based on last MD visit in January. Very glad to find I've lost more than I thought. 10 lbs in 60 days with only a bit more effort the last two weeks on this woe. YAY!

50" upper belly on 3/15/16

212.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
