Over the last month, my weight has gone from 114 to 115.5. However, this is due to me increasing the amount I work out. For the last month, I have made sure to work out more regularly, mainly wanting to tone up. I also have been taking measurements, to ensure that the weight gain was due to muscle:
Weight: 114 to 115.5 Chest: 32 to 32.5 Waist - 28 to 26.5 Belly - 32 to 30 Thigh - 20 to 20 Calf - 12.5 to 13 Arm - 10.5 to 11
So, I'm very happy with my results!
