Uggggghhhhh, I've gained a pound. I feel thinner, but the scale doesn't show it. I've kept daily calories at under 1500...usually around 1200/1300. Maybe that's not enough? I know I need to pay closer attention to lowering sodium...it's always over 2000-3000/day, which is too much. Maybe 5 days of water aerobics and now switching to treadmill, elliptical n bike have added some muscle???? Not sure, but need to make sure the scale doesn't continue in this direction! I've still got 151 pounds to lose.
286.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 101.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're chart looks like mine...super drop than plateau which is annoyingly normal. Wish the plateau would wait until we are at a healthy weight (seems more fair lol). Keep up the great work....you ARE losing weight, that's what counts : )

Thank you guys so much for your words of encouragement!!! It's easy to get discouraged but I have to keep remembering that I'm way better off than I was 5 months ago 😀
