I've begun to exercise more :) ...though I've done little these last 3 days, mainly due to the weather. But I've also discovered chia seeds, which is great for my IBS and helping me sleep better. So glad my co-worker gave me some chia seeds to try.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 107.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
