Two birthdays and a citizenship celebration in the office last week = 3 days of CAKE!!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 October 2011:
1469 kcal Fat: 34.82g | Prot: 56.04g | Carb: 249.74g.   Breakfast: banana, skim milk, great value toasted wheat. Lunch: apple, fresh express coleslaw, ken's lite sweet vidalia dressing, wonder whole grain white, light cooked ham. Dinner: skim milk, sugar free strawberry preserves, peanut butter reduced fat, wonder whole grain white. Snacks/Other: quaker rice cakes cheese, chocolate cupcake, international Delight French Vanilla. more...

Yep, these are the tough times we all have to go through! Just stay strong and remember that while it will only take 2 minutes to down that piece of cake, it will probably take you a couple of days to make up for it...so it's not really worth it! Grab a bottle of water and a 90cal fiber bar and you'll feel a lot better ;) Good luck!
