I have decided to take steps to have a healthier life. Diet is only one of the aspects I will get under control this year and hopefully for the rest of my life. Being more responsible for finances, household organization, and taking care of myself. I think it's important to rearrange all aspects in my life that are unhealthy to become totally commited to my new lifestyle.
