Counting calories and working out (just 30 min). Wow!!! I was proud of myself last night for running at 5.0 on a 3.0 incline. I could only keep it up for a few min., but I could really feel it working.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
