Lost a pound. I am not upset though. I have been weight training for the past three weeks. I have lost over three inches on my thighs alone! I am very happy about that!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
