1084 kcal Fat: 30.26g | Prot: 45.32g | Carb: 168.68g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, tea, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: tyson boneless skinless chicken breast, eckrich smoked susge, zatarains jambalaya mix low sodium, breakstone light sour cream. Dinner: Simple cornbread, Delicious Vegetarian Vegetable Soup- Only 77 calories a cup. Snacks/Other: switzers licorice bites, red plum, Bananas. more...
