Great job on the 5 pounds. Don't quit now, you're on fire! The beginning is very important to stick to the guidelines. The longer you keep out sugar and stay within the allowed net carbs (veggies) amount, the better. Cravings will eventually become less and less, and when you are ready to re-introduce other carbs - in later phases - your body will know what to do with them, and you will continue to burn fat.
