I have not weighed myself for weeks!! the uniform was getting bit tight and the favourite trousers were cutting into my 'waist' but OMG I cant believe how much I've put on.

I know why - poor eating, pancakes, crumpets, all the sweet floury things I know that make me bloat and pile on the lbs - well no more!! I started today and I mean to continue Christmas nights out are only round the corner!!! x x
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
