Ok no change this week but I cheated more than I should have. No loss is better than gain though. Back on track today. Had oatmeal this morning and a turkey sandwich for meal 2 (on 100% whole grain bread). I'm doing EFS so bread is already allowed. :) I also only worked out like 4 days 'cause I was working a lot of OT at work. No excuses this week though. And I'll "redo" week 2 next week. After that I'll probably stick to a healthy diet as outlined in the book but not eat every meal exactly as it's lined up in the book. I don't want my body to be like yeah yeah I know what I get to eat today. Then the loss will stop. So yeah that's the plan. I also started doing Tae Bo again. I think mixing Tae Bo, Silm in 6, Yoga Booty Ballet, and the elliptical will be a good way to keep my body guessing. YAY! Ok, just finished Turbo Sculpt (gotta love Comcast Exercise On Demand). So need to hit the showers. Hope everyone is doing well.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
