Life is crazy this month so my workout Schedule isn't as consistent as it usually is. But I've been trying really hard to eat well, and clearly it's paying off. Good morning and happy Tuesday everyone!
210.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
