Helping my husband along. Trying to get him motivated!!! I don't care if I seem like a bitch anymore. We weren't counting calories for 2 days, and he made the comment, I can't wait til we can eat fried food again. Realy?! You feel deprived already? I just said, "We can." We can eath whatever we want, we just have to count the calories.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you. I am lucky to have a really supportive husband in this journey. For the most part, we both are eating healthy, and I just know now when we go somewhere unhealthy or cook unhealthy, to plan for it. That way I am not letting it snowball into other bad choices. Before I started this journey, I sat down with him and explained that if he did not help me out, we would be facing a future of diabetes, heart disease, and all of the junk that goes along with those. He helps me plan for meals and has been a real trooper with going on nightly walks after supper.
