tracking is becoming second nature now.. nothing goes in my mouth now that I don't track. Lil OCD... but this is working. still feel like I'm getting enough food, which is a miracle cuz I'm a foodie! lol
153.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, I agree. Tracking is just something I do automatically and it pays off. Keeps you honest and true to yourself.

It helps me so much.. planning ahead also does and I can adjust it as I need.. Maybe I eat less.. Maybe I want something else instead. either way I know where I am and what I can do.

Soooooo true Becky! I'm probably a lil OCD about it too but I agree with everything you said. Especially the planning. Not logging something doesn't mean it didn't get eaten ;-)

Yeah,... logging all of my food is very new but very telling. Now I just need to do this with my finances and everything will be great! Lol
