Hmmm found a plateau - seem to be stuck in a rut at the mo. Having started my new job my hours are all over the place and so are my eating habits - though I am trying to stick to the GI rules, however this is not enough. Need to up the ante if I want to lose anymore weight - need more exercise for definate - was going to start salsa classes last week, still not done because I've been so full on at work and I think it's going to get worse before it gets better, I am actually feeling quite low in myself too so I suppose that's affecting what I'm eating too although my past history of gorging myself stupid seem to be under control. I absolutely need to drink more water too.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've been in your shoes ,starting a new job and trying to eat right is hard to do, but you need to stick to it ....

Hey hun take it easy, try a glass of OJ in the morning there are a ton of endorfines that give good happy feelings to your mind in the morning. try quick streches also gives happy feelings, have a look at my posts on streching at the workplace, that should help. when you go to eat ask your self am i eating for need or want, before you eat write down what you are feeling and going thru and see if you can find a new outlet to it. give it a try and let me know how it goes! :) keep smiling you are doing great!!
