Whee! I'm falling! Officially hit the 250s. I hope never to see the 260s again. I'm .5 lb. away from halfway to my first goal and 2.5 lbs. away from the 30 lb. mark! :) My weight dealy thing is no longer red. :D

I wish I could get the weight tracker and my chart to read correctly, though. Then it'd be green, or whatever color it turns more than halfway to goal, within a matter of days.

Hey girl, You are doing good. I wish I could make up my mind which diet I want to be on. I know I need to go back on the Atkins and I probably will. I can't blame it all on the diet because I drink my glass or 2 of wine every night. On atkins it's not so bad bur counting calories it's a KILLER!!! dharper 1

Lol, Atkins is working for me. I enjoy it because I'm also about getting healthy. When I do cheat, I still eat really healthily and I don't have to restrict my appetite like with other diets (WW for instance). I'd say eating as desired is one of the big selling points for me with Atkins. I always failed WW because the diet does nothing to address cravings. I would think that shocking your body by switching diets often would throw things off and not give you time for your body to adjust. the principals behind Atkins make sense to me and I think I'd shy away from other diets as the principals of Atkins fly in the face of restictive diets a bit. And thanks for saying I'm doing well. Geezo.. I haven't lost in a month-- glad I stuck with it! On the wine, I'd say that's hard on any diet. Even on Atkins it isn't a good idea because although it's not that bad crab-wise, the carbs are simple sugar carbs which could be problematic. And of course, your body burns alcohol before fat or protein so straight alcohol won't make you gain, but it'll keep you from losing. Good luck and keep up the good work!
