I live in Martinez,Ga. I have been married for 39 years and I have two sons. I broke my ankle in Jan./07. Due to having to sit in a recliner for 7 weeks I gained several pounds and I must get them off. I am in therapy now so I can't do a whole lot of exercise. I'm going to get there.

What ways do you fix your eggs ? Do you eat them plain or fried ?? I like deviled eggs but I can't have bread so I don't fix them that way. I need some new ideas!!!

O.K. Buddies,
I haven't posted a lot because I have been going through A lot. I have some persoal problems that I'm not sure I can talk about. You all are wonderful but I have some real problems. God is working in my life and I don't know how to share with anyone. It's my SON and I don't know how to help him. I try so hard to follow my atkins but there is so much going on in my life right now. I need your support and prays right now. God says if there are two are more of us together, he will be there with us NOW. WELL buddies I need you all to help me get through this. You all know Jesus has the ball and I know he has EVERYTHING under control. All I ask right now is your prays and support. If this journal offends any of you, I am sorry. I know Philp. 4;13 is the answer but right now, I need YOU ALL!! Thank you for being there.
