Madness has ensued for last five weeks ... but I have been strong in the face of adversity. What ever ... I am thinking that six weeks of running have now reaped results.

Signed up for the improver runners ... please somebody stop me now ... oh and seriously considering a triathalon proper (sprint) in July.

Latest update on work ... still there? Not quite believing it but thats life.

Accept the curveballs! Oh, and I discouraged some poor hungry cow in the coffee queue from buying something chocolaty and lush. Even though I really wanted something buttery and flakey just to make me feel better but I didn't. Man, not liking being responsible about food ...
173.7 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks ... It has been a long journey ... but I'm sure if you don't sweat the small stuff, changes happen.
