I had gained my weight back from wednesdat to sunday bc I had gone out to eat and was not exercising but starting Sunday I make sure to exercise and eat right everyday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
