Holidays are over; still can't get it together. Yes, I am under my daily intake requirements, but look at the quality of food that I am consuming. I can't get past the junk.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
