Sunday, January 3, 2010 = This is the first time I have written the Date 2010 this year. Tomorrow, Monday, January 4, 2010, will be firt time I have started the Atkins approach to weight loss. I don't understand very much about the Atkins LIFE STYLE yet, but hope to learn as I go.
