Tried low calorie for 3 weeks... not doing real well on the weekends, but couldn't seem to lose much or keep it off. started low carb Tuesday, 2/16. Weighed in at 137.4 and today weighed 131.6. Happy girl. Now I just need to stick with it Friday-Sunday!

Have been working out 4-5x a weeks since January 2nd. I typically don't lose weight when I workout.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
