I think the main thing is that you stay focused and motivated..of course there are challenges ahead..winter is looking..with more focus and foods, entertaining and indoors..and less opportunity to eat fresh and healthy and easy exercise..we need to figure out a gameplan for fitness..barbecue more and not use the weather as an excuse to turn into couch snugglers..(although admittedly..it's our favourite thing to do after a long day apart....
