So many good days but too many stray days. It isn't a bad thing, it would be fine to continue with the current diet of 80% compliant and healthy while straying only 20% if I was only trying to maintain, but I am still chasing the last ten pounds down so I should be more serious about my discipline. I continue to work out 3-5 days per week and eat well 5 days a week. Time to get the job finished before I start to live a 'maintain' lifestyle. Never give...never surrender. Onwards and downwards.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I think the main thing is that you stay focused and motivated..of course there are challenges ahead..winter is looking..with more focus and foods, entertaining and indoors..and less opportunity to eat fresh and healthy and easy exercise..we need to figure out a gameplan for fitness..barbecue more and not use the weather as an excuse to turn into couch snugglers..(although admittedly..it's our favourite thing to do after a long day apart....
