it has been a hectic past few weeks, but I'm trying and proud of myself that I lost a few grams and didn't gain anything.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! My weight loss has been slow the last couple of weeks. I think it's because I did have a few drinks; alcohol seems to really slow weight loss. ~Wishing you the best! ~
