it has been a hectic past few weeks, but I'm trying and proud of myself that I lost a few grams and didn't gain anything.

I must admit, I did go over the 85% RDI limit, but I also did 30minutes exercising, which I probably did two years ago and I'm probably the only person in the worl that thinks this, but I'm extremely proud of myself because I did 10 push ups!

Yesterday and today is a bit difficult for me, I'm sick and ironically craving everything, I keep snacking but I'm making a promise to myself that I will record everything that I eat even if it is not healthy. Yesterday I stayed within 85% of my daily RDI, and even though I was too late to join that challenge, I will make it my personal challenge to stay within that 85% limit for the next 8 weeks. I'm craving fish cakes now though, and it is my believe to eat what you crave in small amounts, so I'm going to go make fish cakes now.
