did my weights a little differently this week, as our diets will be somewhat different this weekend, so posting my weight today... I'm very pleased so far this winter even with the cold this month, I'm still within my goal range, and am able to keep up w/ my walking and exercise!!
126.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
