1422 kcal Fat: 35.31g | Prot: 64.49g | Carb: 143.27g.   Breakfast: coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, fiber plus yogurt berry crunch. Lunch: fire roasted red bell peppers, mozzarella shredded part skim, sliced turkey healthy ones, sweet leaf green tea, flatout flatbread italian light. Dinner: Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, Condensed, Canned), sweet leaf green tea, coffee, harvestland chicken thigh, saltines. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, almonds, merlot wine. more...
