I am trying calorie counting for the first time. Started last Tuesday. I would like to try it for a few weeks to see if I can lose on it. I know low carb works for me when I stick to it.
134.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
