Back to work today. Slipped a bit yesterday with the slice of pizza and 2 squares of chocolate . . . but today is a new day. The next 2 weeks, I will be traveling for work, and it's harder to be good when I stay in hotel rooms and am exhausted by the end of the day -- I just want to order a huge pizza and not exercise. So, am trying to gear up to be temperate during my travel time.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
