I feel hungry every 3 hours and then I drink 500 ml juice from the fridge. That satiates my hunger. I repeat this 5-6 times per day. 2/3 of the juice is made of green vegetables, the rest of carrots and apple. In addition I drink 4-6 cups of fruit tea per day. This "replaces" my coffee drinking routine.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
