Not much chance of my dropping weight over the next couple of weeks... a little mid-winter break in southern Italy, you see.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I dunno, don't they say the Mediterranean diet is the best - where better than Southern Italy for inspiration on how to do it properly ;) Have a lovely break, and enjoy everything.
