Anyone have any quick and cheap lunch ideas for someone who works in an office with no microwave? :(
Eating tuna wraps almost everyday is just getting boring......

what about some fresh broccoli salad .. it can be kept cold, or a salad with sliced chicken breast ... it's good cold too ... hum... I'll have to ponder on that one for a while, lol ... you could take a low carb bar or shake though ... don't know.

Do you have a fridge??? I'd definitely take some lunch meat and cheese rollups, sugar free jello, a diet soda or two, a shake, SALADS!!! How about some shrimp?? take some raw veggies with Ranch, deviled eggs, do you like chicken salad? I shred my chicken and put some mayo in and a little bit of mustard 3 boiled eggs and dill pickle in mine...it's great cold and has TONS of protein...only about 1 gram of carbs per serving! Hope this helped!
