Well, I stayed the same. Have not really exercised like I wish I did this week, but at least I didn't gain!!! I did cheat alittle, but that was last Saturday at the movies. Guess I really need to keep my exercise regiment going. Well, after work today, off on the bikes with the kids and hopefully have a nice weekend so that I can go every day this weekend.
On a side note, got a tattoo last night! I am shocked I did it again, but went with some friend. Since it is Breast Cancer Awareness month, We all got the pink breast cancer ribbon in honor of people we know that have died from breast cancer. One of my friends is a survivor, so it was really emotional for her.
Can't wait to see what next week brings. Would love to be around 250 or so at Halloween, lets see what happens.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We've lost near enough the same so far... makes you feel good doesn't it, so keep it up! I really need to do some more exercise - I used to really love cycling years ago, but don't have a bike. It's really great exercise though isn't it - lot more fun than me climbing on my elliptical trainer watching TV!!!! Aw, I think that's lovely you got a tatoo done for breast cancer. Rather a braver soul than me... hee-hee, I'm a right coward! Hope you have a great weekend though and a great week. Like you I'm wishing the weeks away and look forward to what next week brings. :o)

I find that exercise is one of those things that are hard to get in the habit of ... but then once you do, it's like you can't get going without it. I walked a half hour every morning for almost two years and getting rained out would ruin my day. And if you're going to get a tattoo, doing for a good cause is the best reason!
