down .5 this week. I didn't exercise this week and I had a few meals that were difficult to count calories. I'm still pleased it is a loss, but I will step things up this week. I just ordered the Body Gym that Marie Osmond endorses on QVC. testimonials say people see a change in 2-3 weeks. and it's portable, so you can bring it with you anywhere. it's supposed to arrive by Friday, so I will start using it for the following week. for anyone keeping track, it's 8.5 lbs in a month and 23 lbs since June. I still have a way to go, but it's a marathon not a sprint.
