this is me being happy with my weight loss so far! woohoo! went to tilted kilt and tried to eat good. i have no idea how i did. i ordered grilled chicken with steamed veggies but they had something drizzled all over it. it may have been italian dressing. there is nothing on the internet for it, so im going to have to guess. i only ate one of the breast though so that will help a tiny bit. i might be spiking and not know it lol. there is absolutely nothing there for us ppl on low cal diets.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
