went for a walk for an hour and half this morning (off today) now i need to rest a moment and then im carpet cleaning! woohoo! i hope i actually do it. lol. Planning on having a great day and enjoying the weather. My son is joining a flag football league so that is all "we" are talking about these days. He is planning on kicking some serious butt lol
151.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

fun carpet cleaning lol I did that yesterday, I find myself thinking that every activity I do, especially housework, is exercise :D

Yeah for the walk..... I wonder how many calories your carpet cleaning burned off - I guess you put it under housework :-). Hope your carpet is sparkly :-)

well i finished the carpet! it wasnt too bad. it dries quick thankfully. My son comes home and announces that it smells like weed in here and where is it lol. what a goofball
