I obviously am doing poorly since I am up almost 12 pounds. Tooooo much wine. Going to go cold turkey for a few weeks to see if that will help me send my weight the other way
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
