sigh. so frustrating. why does weight loss have to be so inconsistent? :P this is because i went to a braai last night and ate too much. well, i do know i've lost cm because i took my measurements. lost 5 around my tummy! 3 around my waist, 3 around my thighs, 2 around my breasts, and 1.5 around my arms. also a measly .5 around my hips, which i think are running out of fat to lose :P my tummy still has a way to go, though. well, i start today to make up for yesterday, and i should be at my goal by the end of the week at last. perseverance!
103.0 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
