Down another 3 lbs., and continuing with my Wii U fit program. This new Wii U fit is much more than the old Wii fit, there is dancing many different types like salsa, jazz, and many other exercises that wasn't in the old one.
I'm having a great time playing on it, and still getting in some good yoga, stretching, and high & low impact exercise. There is even a fit bit like thing that tracks your daily movement and you aim it at the Wii U and records your movement and rest time throughout the day. I would highly recommend this game for anyone who can't get out to the gym.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
