1020 kcal Fat: 37.10g | Prot: 48.40g | Carb: 127.13g.   Breakfast: Kroger boiled ham, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, tea, 1% milk, kraft miracle whip, healthy life high fiber 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch: papa johns thin crust works large. Dinner: Saltines Unsalted Tops Crackers, kraft deluxe 2% american cheese, naturally fresh light ranch dressing, Baby Carrots, Progresso Steak & Homestyle Noodles soup. Snacks/Other: Motts all natural fruit snacks. more...
