Only 200g's down... Disappointed, although I have to probably remember: a drop is a drop.
And I haven't been eating all of my food everyday (had tummy bug over the weekend and am struggeling to eat all my food now). And I'm a firm believer that we are what we eat. And if I eat too little, my body will hold out on me too.
And this is also visable with this weekend's tummy bug. I ate nothing for 2.5days. And lost nothing on the scale. When I started eating again, I had the 500g drop on Monday.
So, I feel all good again today - went for a 10k jog this morning. My body felt a bit tired, but legs are stil strong. So, will just go to bed early tonight and refuel properly today!
1.3kg's to go!!!!! I can do this!!!!!!!
(Deep breath in - here we GO!)
137.3 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wow girl you have a tummy bug and still jog a 10km well flippen done, jorr !! strange that you didn't lose when i had a tummy bug i lost like 3kgs in 2-3 days i know thats like water , I hope you feel better and good luck with the last 1.3kgs
