Now fully vegan, gluten, and soy free! Very low added sugar too. Can't believe I lost weight this week as I've been eating so much fruit and nuts.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
