despite a weekend of pizza, toasted cheese, cream and caramel donuts i am still down 700g yippy... i think it was because it was a very busy and active weekend. i need to do that more often, clearly.
147.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
